The Findhorn Power Structure
1) Hire a reputable licensed trauma specialist to review the board's behavior and the facilitator's behavior in response to Sustained illegal abuse at HAI and make public recommendations.
2) Publicly apologize for failing to do it's job to uphold and integrate HAI's mission and endangering a participant's life and well-being.
3) Integrate the recommendations of the trauma specialist.
4) Hire and integrate a non-profit ethical advisor's recommendations for best-practices in areas of facilitator negligence.
5) Appoint a licensed psychotherapist and a licensed trauma specialist to the board.
6) Ask each facilitator to publicly apologize for the damage done by their negligence to all concerned and to specifically address why each facilitator participated in an escalating abuse cycle and assess each facilitator's willingness to adopt best-practices.
7) Independently assess each facilitator's ability to help clients and their license status and insure that all facilitators are licensed to do the work they do, and effectively refer work they cannot do to others.

Should the HAI board fail to restore trust in their willingness to put participant safety and well-being above facilitator ignorance and fear patterns it will mark a decline in HAI's safety and head HAI towards it's end.

Note: The facilitator body and board have been aware of as much of this as they have been willing, and mainly unwilling to ask about or listen to for up to fifteen years. Should the HAI board fail to restore trust in their willingness to put participant safety and well-being above facilitator ignorance and fear patterns it will mark a decline in HAI's safety, which may lead to my choice not to support HAI's continuation - something that is likely to be critical in the likelihood of an awarded damage in court that the facilitators are unwilling to pay. Since HAI, even when it goes into debt, pays it's facilitators, who are the primary beneficiaries of all of HAI's income, if the facilitators are unwilling to pay the awarded damages then it will be for me to decide to keep some aspect of HAI or shut it down entirely. I will not support any organization that refuses to follow best practices that it could adopt with more ease than the harmful practices it is perpetuating.
